I see healing as a return to self-connection and wholeness and I maintain a wholehearted presence to support you as each session unfolds.

I have experience in a range of healing approaches. I believe the work is both sacred and creative and I am able to intuit and help things unfold. Healing and positive integration is an active and evolving process and flows beyond each session and each session is based on an intention determined by the client. I am here to help you live your life with a deeper connection to your true, whole Self.

What can I do for you?

Much of what we struggle with in our adult lives, stems from patterns and belief systems that are formed in childhood. I help you to identify what underlies those patterns, how you react to them and sometimes how the body continues to hold onto them. Compassionate Inquiry reveals the critical nature of the body-mind relationship and gives us the opportunity to heal the root causes.

  • 1:1 sessions

    Every session has the potential to connect you with an invaluable, potentially life-changing realization, on the path to greater awareness.

    Session plans can be negotiated as you progress. I recommend 5 sessions to begin with.

  • CI and plant medicine

    The benefits of sacred plant medicine are well known. I do not facilitate the plant medicine experience itself, but use CI to support the individual in preparing for their healing journey, as well as facilitate the integration and sense-making processes in post-journey sessions.

CI and Walking

When we walk, energy can move through the entire body and we can listen to ourselves in deeper ways and more readily process emotions and feelings.

I provide one-on-one CI sessions while walking in nature.
